return to the

God Is (Everything Else Isn’t)

The message of this article may not be for everyone- at least not yet that is. I am aware that many are not ready to accept who they are and why they are. This reaction is natural and to be expected from the natural. I am writing this message for those who are sincerely seeking God and are willing to face the Truth. These seekers are not deterred by the fears and doubts that can weigh on the soul. Instead they are faithfully led by the spirit to go higher and further on any path of truth that God has laid before them. These children of God are spread all over the earth and within every religion. These born of the spirit of God are quickly realizing that although we each must walk the path before us, Christ is the One leading all to the same glorious destination. We are returning home to God!

What I was shown at a rather young age is that ALL life, including mine, is from God. And because of this irrefutable and inescapable truth, I have now accepted that my life is completely ABOUT God and FOR God. To me this revelation was of supreme importance because it has been instrumental in leading me to the One who is the Giver of life. Not only did God give me life, but also my spiritual appetite. Because of this spiritual hunger, I wanted to know who and why I am. This inspired search I have been on from my youth until today seemed to be an obvious and inevitable choice for me. However, I quickly found out that most of humanity does not share this same desire to know. I am surrounded by souls that are grounded by the cares of this world. Many care about food, but not the One who truly feeds them. Many care about clothes, but not the One who covers them with grace. Many care about wealth, but not the One who desires to give them everything. For too long humanity has been apathetic and even oblivious to what life really is! I am here to say, “Wake up!” Our first priority in life must be LIFE itself! I am only because of the Great I AM! Every effect has a cause, and God is the Cause of all of life’s “effects” in the universe. Surely all Truth seekers agree that outside of God there is no life, no existence. So if you have life, you have most certainly received it from God. However, the real qualifier is not whether we believe God is our LIFE, but rather if we are willing to give “IT” back! Only our surrender TO God will lead to our salvation FROM God. Of this I am sure.

Some who read this article may dismiss it as foolishness because it is beyond their current spiritual sight, which is understandable. Many Christian readers might stand guarded with their more traditional teachings. They may be offended by this message because it will challenge (and hopefully refine) their Dark Age beliefs about who God is. Again, this is also to be expected because this is the “natural” reaction to the light of Truth. For ages and ages mankind has loved the darkness and hated the light, but the time has come to open our eyes. Many cling so tightly to their religion that they are actually resisting coming closer to the Reality of God. These may likely see my words as dangerous or even blasphemous because I am trying to take them where they really do not want to be- closer to God. The carnal mind hides from God because it cannot survive a face-to-face encounter with the Truth. However, for those Truth seekers who are not afraid of going beyond those man-made religious boundaries, this may be the revelation that begins leading them into a much higher experience with God! For those who are truly willing to follow Christ back to God, the moment of their Calvary may be in sight! Everyone must carry his cross to the place where their old nature is put to death. Yes, this may be the beginning of your end, which leads to a certain resurrection into the salvation and life of God!

The ONENESS of God (The Alpha and Omega of Truth)

“GOD IS” is possibly the simplest statement a man can utter, and yet it is likely the most complex truth he is able to comprehend. By taking these two small words to our highest level of understanding we discover perhaps the pinnacle of all truths. God is everything. Surely what we will all find at the end our spiritual journey is God. We will know that “God is” is the only Truth, the only Reality and the only Life. Yes, this shortest of phrases expresses a rather enormous idea- God is all in all. Or in other words, ALL that is IS from God. Accepting this, then we should also realize that ALL that is from God is, in some divine and mysterious way, God. Whether or not we see this or believe this matters not. God is all and in all. That is all men and all of creation. Scoffers of the Truth might say, “Is a rock or piece of wood God?” Yes, I would say that God is the reality that exists in a rock or piece of wood. Others agree.

Gospel of Thomas 77

Jesus said, "I am the light that is over all things. I am all: from me all came forth, and to me all attained.

Split a piece of wood; I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there."

Unfortunately the Gospel of Thomas has been regarded as taboo in most Christian study circles because it not deemed “legitimate.” In other words, the men of darker ages never canonized it, which means nothing to me because the Truth will prevail in spite of man’s stubbornness and ignorance. Without a doubt, this passage harmonizes with the teachings of Jesus found in the New Testament. Certainly, Christianity teaches that God is omnipresent, yet most have trouble accepting this as reality. Since God is everywhere, Truth is everywhere. However, we must have the desire to seek it and the eyes to recognize it when it is revealed to us. So even if you pass up the wisdom in this ancient passage, you will find the same message in your Bible if you are truly a seeker of Truth.

Truth seekers have surely asked themselves what else can come from God other than God? Can anything truly exist that didn’t come from God? Of course it cannot. Surely then we see that God IS all in all because nothing IS before God; nothing IS without God; nothing IS eternal but God. By conceding to this absolute of God’s Being, one should find it easy to understand that “everything else isn’t” is simply the logical and consequential result of God being ALL. It is really that simple. Now comes the more difficult revelation.

If we accept that everything was created by a Creator, then we must know that that every THING had a beginning. If everything had a beginning, then it must therefore also have an end. Temporary “things” or manifestations are not based in the ultimate Reality of eternity. They come and they go. So the truth is only God is eternal, which means being outside of time, not having beginning or end. So if creation had a beginning as we have been told, then it must also have an end. And yes, this includes the earthly existence of every man, woman and child that has ever lived. It may be shocking or saddening for many to hear that life as we know it must end. Yes, to the natural man this message may resonate in their soul as being one of hopelessness, but not to the spiritual man. Understand that I am not here to make anyone “feel good,” but only here to share the Truth that will set us free. While many religions promise an eternal life in a very worldly heaven for their followers, this deception is serving to strengthen the control of ego and carnal mind. The ego of the natural man will not accept what I am saying because it is their death sentence. Each of us must take up the cross and be crucified to find out who truly are. We must lose our outer self to reveal our inner self that lives in Christ. When what is false dies we will then truly be alive. I am here to tell you that our ONLY hope of BEING in eternity is to be in God, the Eternal One. The only Way to be in God is to be in Christ first.

While it is true that our lives here in this world cannot go on forever, there is a “part” of our being that does- the spirit of man. Of course this “part” is not a piece of us, but more like our higher, or some would say our inner self. Some look “high” into heaven to find their true life, while others look “deep” inside. We may use different terms to describe it, but the desire to know is all the same. The confusion of who or what man really is happens because man lives his existence in this world as a triune being having a body, soul and spirit. Our body is our most outer expression of who we are, but it is not our life. Our soul is also referred to as our mind that includes our will, emotions and personality, but it is not our life. Our innermost self is the sprit, which is born of God. Understand that there might be some confusion in terminology because some use the word “soul” to describe the spiritual, eternal self. However, I use the word “spirit” in my writings because this is more consistent with New Testament teachings including that of Jesus’ and Paul’s. Man’s being is a tri-layered life meant to express God’s will and love.

1 Thessalonians 5:23

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through.

May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As I discussed in What is Man?, the true essence of everyone’s being is the spirit. All spirit is from God, the Source. Our spirit lives within our soul, and our soul lives within our body. Our spirit is what I call our “true self” that is traveling on a journey of consciousness. We are spiritual beings on a human journey and not, as many think, merely human beings on a spiritual journey. Human is our present form, not our eternal life. Our beginning is God; our end is God; and the Way between is Christ. There is no way to circumvent the purpose of Christ who is the Alpha and Omega of ALL life. Very few are willing to fully accept this revelation of Truth even though most religions including Christianity teach about God’s oneness. Many Christians may read the words of the Bible, but never fully take them to heart- or to their head for that matter. But when they do they will understand that God is the reality and substance of ALL life including us.

Revelation 4:11

"You (Christ) are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you

created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."

Everything has its “being” in God through Christ. So what does it mean to “be”? To be means to exist. To exist means that within every creature and created thing must be the reality of God and yes, even the divine life of God. Further, this divine life and reality from God is the only “part” of its “being” that is real and eternal. This is our true, higher and eternal self that is from God. So Paul was right- God is all the reality in you and in all. Accepting that God is all there is can be rather distressing and/or depressing for some to contemplate because it implies that they are nothing without God. When our true self of God awakens, the personality and ego that the world has given us are dismantled and replaced with the nature of God. This divine transformation was seen in the life of Jesus who opened the gates of hell. Jesus overcame the deception of the ego and the ignorance of the carnal mind to become God’s Son. As it was for Jesus, it will be for us because when we strip away all the illusions, deceptions and falsehoods of our life, we are everything that God declares we are.

Despite what many religious souls may profess, they do not want to be controlled by God. The natural, self-conscious man wants to be a separate being with a separate will. Oneness with God is death to natural man’s notion of free will. Ultimately, God is the only one who has a free will. Many Christians are taught that man has been given a free will, but I don’t think they fully understand. Our free will has been inherited from our Father in heaven. And it is true that our spirit is free to do all things- with one exception. The spirit of man can never leave God. It may seem as if we can “disconnect” from God, but this separation we feel in only in our minds. Our spirit is always in touch with God because it is “part” of God’s Being. This is the truth that many will not accept. God is always with us as Jesus taught. Jesus became aware of God as Father, which is being Christ-consciousnesses. In this higher state of spiritual awareness, Jesus choose to do his higher will, which was actually God’s will being communicated through his spirit. This is oneness of Spirit when we are aligned with God’s will. And because of his obedience to the Spirit of Life, Jesus overcame his own natural temptations and desires, as we must.

The carnal mind is that natural mind that lives for the pleasures of the body and the world. This mind wants to puff itself up with pride and hide behind the facade of the ego. Instead of the reality of God governing his life, the natural man attempts to follow some set of religious rules that give the illusion of holiness and godliness. The natural man has the Ten Commandments, but this is not enough for salvation. Do not misunderstand me though. The natural man can serve God, but he cannot be saved. We are shown numerous examples of righteous men that served God, yet only Jesus overcame death. The prophets of old were natural men that were led by the Holy Spirit to serve God. Jesus, a spiritual man, was led by a higher calling- the Spirit of Christ. Also, the natural man knows God through “soul” contact because he is not yet “born of the Spirit.” Those born of the Spirit know they are spiritual offspring of God that will become mature in Christ. The spiritual man is not concerned with preserving the life of his flesh, but he understands that our bodies are like vehicles used to move and express God’s will. The spiritual man also understands that our ultimate salvation is found by completely surrendering and returning our heart, mind and strength back to God. Again, it all comes back to God, and we must come to accept the truth that we are nothing without God. The only way we can exist in God’s Reality is to let God be us; we then are God’s perfect image, which we know is Christ. Christ is not a single man, yet only one man has fully revealed God’s Son to us. Jesus was chosen by God to be the FIRST born of the Body of Christ, so he is called the Head. Yet, the whole Body must be awakened if God’s will is to be accomplished. This is mankind’s glorious purpose- to reflect and be the fullness of God here on earth and eventually in heaven. We do this when we remove the natural covering hiding our divine nature and being. Take off the basket and let the world see the light of Christ! Jesus is our perfect example of a man who chose to lose his natural (false) self to reveal his spiritual (true) self.

Philippians 2:6

Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,

but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

By becoming nothing, Jesus became the fullness of God in human form! By taking the nature of a servant, Jesus became King! This irony is the paradox of the Truth because man’s ways are different than God’s ways. Man believes he must strive and conquer to be a king, but Jesus showed us otherwise. Undoubtedly, Jesus humbled and utterly surrendered himself to God because he came face to face with that highest realization- God is all in all. We read that Jesus cried to heaven the one who could save him from death. God heard his cry and God told him that the only salvation for man was returning back to God, which means oneness, which means obeying God’s will. As I explained in Salvation is Not a Gift, the ONLY way to salvation is surrendering our self and our will to God. Jesus plainly said that only those who did God’s will would be saved and not those who call out, “Lord, Lord.” “Not my will, but THY will be done” was Jesus’ mantra, and it should be ours if we truly desire to follow Christ back to God. True worship is not done by going to church each Sunday, but rather, it is done by doing God’s will each moment! We must give our life back to the One who gave it to us in the Beginning. We must accept our purpose- that we are here to express God, to reveal the image of the ONE true God.

This oneness is hard for us to accept because we like living as individuals believing in our own free will. Surely we know that apart from God there is no life. This is why we are called “dead” because IN OUR MINDS we have become separated from God who is our true life. The Way back to God is with Christ. Being a “good” Christian who lives by the Ten Commandments does not mean we are living in Christ. The Ten Commandments were given to Moses and the Jews. Do Christians even read their Bibles? Paul and Jesus both teach that the OLD has passed away. “You have hear that the Law says to love your neighbor, but hate your enemy, BUT I SAY, love your enemies and do good to those who persecute you!’” Jesus raised the bar a little higher than the Ten Commandments. There is really only one commandment- be God. This means be Love. Love your neighbors; love your enemies; and love your self. So understand that following religious rules, laws and such is not living in the Spirit of Life (Christ). Believing in Jesus and going to church to pray does not mean we are living in Christ. Living in Christ means that our complete being is now anointed by God. This means we know God as Father and have offered our self as a living sacrifice to do Love’s will- whatever that may be.

What many Christians fail to realize is that following Christ will lead us back to nothingness. We must surrender all that we THINK we are, so that God may dwell in us and be all there is in us. Paul said, “Not I, but Christ lives in me.” What Paul taught and Jesus realized is that the paradox of Truth reveals that by being nothing the door is opened into the Kingdom and fullness of God. Nothing then becomes everything in God’s Reality. Even in our own minds we can comprehend the notion that nothing and everything are one in the same. Both are intangible measurements that blend into oneness like negative infinity and positive infinity. Many in this world are trying to gain “everything” through efforts of body and soul seemingly unaware that this way is a literal DEAD end. Instead of surrendering to God to enter the narrow gate and gain eternity, most cling to a fleeting life in the flesh that leads to their destruction. Age after age we have tasted death, but the time will come for all to taste the Lord. And they will find that the Lord is good food! Christ is our Bread of life that strengthens the spirit and heals the soul. Yes, we are here in the darkness (deception) of hell where many are fearful, confused and lost. Yet for those with ears to hear, God is calling us back home to where Jesus is, which is back into His oneness.

So this writing is really about God’s oneness, which is the highest Truth we can know and the highest Reality we can experience. Even though I have touched on this topic in several other articles, I am convinced that it is worthy of some greater attention. When I first started writing, I established the basis of my ministry- Christ is the Savior of the World. This is the foundation of Truth that was revealed to me. Little by little God is showing me how Christ will accomplish such a tremendous feat. In each of my writings, I have tried to show how all truth harmonizes into God’s one Truth and Purpose. When I look back at some of my earlier writings, I sometimes see a child writing with a crayon. Yet by God’s grace, I have matured in Christ. I am sometimes tempted to go back and edit them a little, but then I realize it is better to leave them as they are. They are like a trail of breadcrumbs for those that may come along the same path. They are like a picture of what I was seeing as God led me to where I am now. Because they expressed what God had placed in my heart and head then and there, they are just right.

Now it has been my tendency in more recent writings to expound in greater detail on a particular subject in hope of better explaining God’s plan of salvation. As it turns out, this approach has led to some rather lengthy compositions. However, the half of million words or so I’ve written have just a single purpose- to direct us back to God. I would liken these writings to a circular staircase into a higher understanding. It may feel like you are going around and around in repetition, but in reality, you are climbing higher and higher. If I could write a single word at a single time that would turn our hearts and minds back to God, I would simply write just that one word. Unfortunately, I know of no such word, so I am writing what God places in my heart and reveals to my mind no matter how many words are produced. It is my hope and desire to keep my writings lean, which is to say “meaty” in truth. Still, I know that even if we read the truth and then accept it in our minds, our hearts must also embrace what we know is true. This is where many stand today- filling with the knowledge of God, but still waiting for the moment when their hearts are fully in love with God. Like fireplaces loaded with wood, many are waiting for that holy Fire to start. Yes, it is that divine Love from God that will refine our minds and fill our hearts thereby driving out all fear. So do not worry my dear sisters and brothers; God is patient and waiting for us to return home into oneness. The only thing separating us from God is time. And God has all the time in the world to accomplish His glorious purpose for you! You can try, but you cannot win in this battle of wills my friends!

It is possible (maybe likely) that many of my Christian readers (even those embracing universal salvation) find me a little to “Eastern” or “New Age” for their taste. I completely understand because I used to feel the same way when I heard phrases like “I am” and “oneness”. It is true that when we have been “fed” a certain religion all our life, we are usually more reluctant to taste a different kind of “meat.” Without a doubt, the Truth can sometimes be hard for us to swallow and even more so when it has a different “flavor” than the meat (religion) we have been accustomed to all our natural life. Remember though; the Lord has declared that “all meat” is clean and is good to eat, so do not be afraid of different religions or teachings. It has come to my attention that many who have embraced universal salvation have a difficult time swallowing the concept of reincarnation as a truth. As I have written before, I would not accept reincarnation as God’s way for the longest time. My path had come to an edge when God placed it before me like a bridge. Reincarnation was the only way to continue my search for the Truth. Through reincarnation, God helped reveal to me what we truly are- SPIRIT! Yet, we have tasted death again and again by returning to this world. Yes, there will come a day when we will taste death no more because the old is passing away! Our new self will be revealed as it was through Jesus! Now, Jesus told us we must become SPIRIT, but very few have embraced the reality of his message.

My readers should know by now that I absolutely believe Jesus is Christ. However, I do not accept or recognize Christ as being confined to a particular religion, but rather I know Christ as being a higher reality that will lead us back to God. “Christian” is just a man-made label like being called a Hindu, Italian or Republican. These are worldly labels used by the devil to divide us, which has clearly been demonstrated through man’s religious bloodshed. Even so, the reality of Christ can be found in every sincere religion conceived by man. If you are seeking God and Truth, you will, without exception, meet Christ no matter where in the world you have happened to be placed. When the children of God ask, the Father gives. God gives us pure Light, but then mankind colors, covers and conforms it to his own suiting. Thus another religion is born based on the Light of Truth. Interestingly, it takes all the different colors of light to create what is called white, or perfect light. In the same way, we should seek out all truth from every religion so that we will have the best light to see with in this dark world.

Christ is not a religion, but is the Truth, the Way and the Life leading us back to God. Christ is universal! This is the beauty and power of Christ within every religion and every man! So, it would behoove any that desire the Truth to disregard man’s religious labels. They are useless is determining the state of a person’s spirituality and have proven divisive among those sincerely seeking God. It may surprise my readers that I have never really studied Hinduism, Buddhism or any other so-called “New Age” or “mystical” philosophies. Yet, I do know enough about them to know they each have Truth in them. I have numerous Bibles, early Christian writings and Christian study guides, but this doesn’t mean my mind is closed to what God has shown other Truth seekers around the world. Religions are useful in many ways, but Christ transcends all the religions of men. Religions are good for the natural man of earth, but Christ is for the supernatural sons of heaven! As religions go, Christianity contains a great amount of truth; yet again the label means absolutely nothing. I see many Christians that just want to be involved in a soul-based religion and not one with God in spirit. It is clear that Jesus went beyond his religion (which was Judaism by the way) to become one with God. Every religion produces mystics who aspire to be closer to God, which is really the definition of a mystic. So it would be safe to say that Jesus was the world’s greatest mystic because he attained oneness with God. Every sincere religion with even an ounce of Truth is attempting to lead man to that divine union. Jesus taught this in the four Gospels including the lesser known ones too.

Gospel of Thomas 108

Jesus said, "Whoever drinks from my mouth will become like me;

I myself shall become that person, and the hidden things will be revealed to him."

The knowledge of the Truth will set us free, so drink of the Truth flowing from Jesus’ mouth because it is pure Living Water! Some may say that Jesus never said what is written in this passage from the Gospel of Thomas. And yet, it is speaking of a central theme in Jesus’ New Testament teachings- oneness. All Christians believe that Jesus said, “When you do it to the least of these, you do it to me.” In the Gospel of John Jesus said, "On that day you will realize that I am in you and you are in me." So what is the difference between the teachings of oneness in the Gospel of Thomas and the others? The message is the same; so if it be truth, then take it and eat it! All truth is from God, and all truth supports the Truth. What are you afraid of? What “poison” will harm the children of God! I know that many Christians have been told that the Gospel of Thomas should not be trusted because it is not authentic. How “authentic” do they believe the other “Gospels” are? It is very unlikely that all four gospels were written firsthand by the eyewitnesses to whom they are attributed. I believe the Gospel of Thomas is possibly a more pure writing than some of the other Gospels like Matthew that many theologians agree has been tampered with. False genealogies, edited text and fabricated virgin birth stories should be seriously scrutinized when reading the books of Matthew and Luke. From what I have read, the spiritual insights contained in the Gnostic writings found at Nag Hammadi are very consistent with Jesus’ teachings. This is especially true compared with the Gospel of John, which has a more Eastern, or mystical flavor. So, how do you like your truth prepared?

When I was younger, I was given a hunger for God and the Truth. This spiritual appetite has led me to where I am now. It should be understood that I didn’t go searching for mysticism, but rather it found me as I sought to know God and the truth about life. Now I am here to share what I have been shown in hopes of challenging and reforming conventional Christian dogma. I am here to help bring the light of Truth into Christianity and the world. All of those that have risen above man’s religions into God’s Truth will discover and experience the same mystical revelations that Jesus did. Many are still not ready to accept them, and that is fine. I am not here to convince anyone of anything, but instead here for fellow Truth seekers. Still, I ask no one to believe what I say, but rather to simply seek the Truth for themselves. By definition, those who draw close to God are mystics, and they have emerged from every major religion man has ever conceived. The Truth leads us to God, and all who follow this path will, without exception, become more and more mystical. Their individual words have been recorded in every language, but they are each unequivocally describing the same God and same Truth. They all came to know God through surrender and through love. So if a man’s heart is after God and his mind is set on following the Truth, his spiritual path will end in union with God regardless of his religion. I can say this because Christ is the Truth and Savior in every religion of the world; Christ is universal. Yes, Christ is in all and is the unfailing power drawing us back to God. No one knows this better than Jesus who is the spiritual prototype of every child born of the Spirit. He is forerunner of all mankind leading us back to God!

John 17:21

I have given them the glory that you (Father God) gave me, that they may be one as we are one.

Most have read the words of Jesus’ prayer, but very few even come close to grasping the esoteric reality of what they mean. They are not ready to accept that the oneness that Jesus experienced is for every man who has been born of the Spirit. Christians may claim to be following Jesus, but are they willing to give up their life and become God’s will and Voice made flesh? Again, this does NOT mean following the Ten Commandments. The Law is for the natural man, not for the man living in the anointing of God. Jesus being anointed realized that he was spirit born of God and matured into the knowledge he was the Son of God. He realized that his purpose and the purpose of all humanity is to be God’s image and likeness. Jesus prayed that we would be ONE as he and the Father where one. There is only ONE God. So if “one” is determined on following Jesus into God’s Kingdom, then “one” must accept that God is God and there is no other.

Isaiah 45:22

Turn to Me, and be saved, all ends of the earth, For I [am] God, and there is none else.

(Young’s Literal Translation)

I believe Young’s translation comes a bit closer to what God was trying to convey to Moses. The LORD spoke to Moses’ saying that there is God, and there is nothing else. There is no other God but Him. There is no other Life. There is no other Reality. There is noTHING without God and every THING is of God. Yes, we again come back to the oneness of God. This is what this article and life are all about.

So how can it be? How can all things come from One? When I began to consider what would be the best approach at explaining God’s oneness in the universe, I was drawn toward the concept of TIME. Even though it would seem that time and eternity have nothing to do with each other, this is the way of things, and the way of God. God separated the light from the dark, but what are they together? Truth? Is it the same way with time and timelessness? Yes, there is a mystery of existence between what is temporal and what is eternal. Some how God bridges the two together for us. While time itself may be an illusion, the truth and salvation we find by traveling through it isn’t. As we move along the path to enlightenment, we experience the passage of time. Our existence as human beings seems to be based in the concept of time. And yet, time is really more than just a concept, but rather like an unbreakable physical law we all must obey. It, like gravity, is an enigma, but also a constant in the background of a changing world. Without this governing dimension, we can hardly imagine what life would be like.

For this reason, I have chosen to use the framework of time to better describe how it is that God is all in all. Time and space seem to be inseparable dimensions that together weave the fabric of the known universe. Then laced within this manifested medium are trillions and trillions of masses of matter including stars, planets and moons. On these countless spheres are bodies both seen and unseen where consciousness is advancing. Within consciousness is where the spirit lives and is becoming known. We (spirit) are living through consciousness that is transiently housed in flesh. This is our present state of existence designed by God for the purpose of coming into the knowledge of the truth of who we are. What is the truth? Truth is relative according to what we know as reality. When God is our Reality, then God is also our Truth. So the truth mankind must accept is that we are here to come to know God, then love God and finally to be God. And yet, before you, before me and before creation, God IS. Before matter and before space, God IS. Before heaven and before earth, God is. And yes, before TIME, God is.

BEFORE there was Time (A State of Eternal Peace)

If one could enter that moment before time and before creation, what would one find? One would find the ONE and only God, right? Intuitively, it seems rather obvious that we would find God and nothing else. The mind of man can conceptualize this, but never really grasp its reality. This is why we need the mind of Christ that is willing to accept the unified, higher will of God. Even so, think about it. What or who is before God? Nothing can precede the existence of God otherwise God would cease being God. So maybe the question isn’t what is before God, but instead what is God? This is similar to asking, “what is Truth?” I have explained before what we call “truth” or “reality” is relative to our level of consciousness (awareness). What an entity “knows” determines its reality. The worm has a different reality than bird that eats it. Then we should clearly see that mankind has reached higher than any other creature into the knowledge of world and self. Even among human beings, our reality and thereby what we call our “truth” varies and certainly changes as we grow in consciousness. Our sense of God is growing within us as is plainly seen in the spiritual evolution of religions. Consider how the God described in the Bible has changed right before our eyes. Yet, God isn’t changing relative to us. We are just getting closer and closer to Him, which means we are getting a better and better vision of His Reality. From Adam to Abraham to Moses to Jesus, God continues to reveal as much as we can bear. Still we ask- what is God, and why is He mindful of man? Well, the Bible says that God is Spirit. This sounds simple enough, but what then is Spirit? I see spirit as that unseen and nearly unperceived energy (life) of a higher dimension. Spirit is the reality behind every manifestation of the universe, so man’s connection to God’s Reality is found in his spirit. At some point we had to become somewhat aware of this “energy” to begin to have faith and then tap into its divine power. We should know that God’s presence stretches from the highest heaven to the lowest hell. Man’s current reality is this physical world, but many have a strong sense that there is something else- a higher reality. We can then understand why our God and Father is raising our consciousness and spirit higher and higher until we are again united with Him. It is in the highest of Realties (we could call the “Most Holy Place“) where Spirit is- just IS. Here God IS, and everything else isn’t.

What I have been shown concerning this highest Reality is that before time there is only Spirit with no manifestation of any kind. This means there is nothing and nothing is known, which also means there is everything and everything is known! Again this is the paradox of Truth expressed. Absolutely, God is all in all, and yet there is no all. Is then the “all in all” in God? I suppose so; however, it is in this void of nothingness and this paradox of life where existence is born from the Spirit of oneness- a point of spiritual singularity. In the void of preexistence, there are no stars, no planets and no creatures including man. There is nothing because God hasn’t spoken the Word. So there, in that eternal moment before time, God IS. There in that infinite space within the void of nothingness, God IS. There in an existence that is apparently unknown, God IS. There without division in a state of eternal peace, God is. There God is One. Consider this. In that state of eternal peace and oneness, even the Trinity of God is unknown, undefined and nonexistent. Only in that moment outside of eternity called “the Beginning” is there a distinction of God’s Being. This is when the Word is born of God.

John 1:1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 He was with God in the beginning.

This ancient passage contains timeless wisdom. First we must understand what the “Word” is. The Word is the Logos, which is Greek meaning reason, word or expression. The Word is the Son of God that comes out of God as God’s absolute perfect expression for the reason of producing the image of God. So then, in the moment of the Beginning, there was God (Father) and the Word (Son), and they were one in the same. Also notice that there is no mention of the Holy Spirit in this passage or in Genesis. The Holy Spirit isn’t mentioned in “the Beginning” because the Holy Spirit had not yet been “born.” Let me explain what I am seeing here.

There are some who continue to debate whether or not the notion of a divine Trinity is an invention of man or the reality of God’s Being, but it should be clear to Truth seekers that this is God’s nature. We see God’s triadic fingerprints on most everything He has touched in our world including the human being. Man’s being can be described as spirit, mind and body. We are a single life entity, but have three “layers” that make us a complete sentient being in this world. The body of man represents the outer existence, an extension into the physical plane. The mind (or soul) lives in the body and can also be referred to as the consciousness of man. This mental aspect of our being exposes and expresses who we are through our emotions, will and personality. Most important is the spirit that lives within consciousness (soul or mind) and is the most inner life of man. Our spirit is our higher self and gives life (being) to our consciousness while consciousness gives life (being) to the body. Again, it should be easy for us to understand that just as man is a single being with three “layers of existence,” so also is God from who we have inherited our life.

Before we consider God’s “layers,” we must be clear that God is unquestionably pure Spirit. This means that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are ALL Spirit. However, God spiritual layers including body, mind and spirit are represented in what we have called the Trinity. The three layers of God’s Being are God’s SPIRIT (Father), MIND (Son) and BODY (Holy Spirit). In turn, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit can also be described as EACH having their own spirit, mind and body making up their being. This may seem confusing at first, but this is the way of God. This is how God reaches us where we are by transforming and manifesting His Presence at every level of existence.

Let’s first consider God the Father, which is a representation of the SPIRIT of God’s Being. The Father is the heart and center of God’s Life and Power. All that God is emanates from the Father who is the Source of all. Next, the Son (or Word) of God represents the MIND of God’s Being. The Word is the Consciousness of God expressing God in thought, will and desire. Then there is the Holy Spirit who represents the BODY of God’s Being. The Holy Spirit is the outer expression of God’s life, will and desire in the manifestation of the universe. As I have discussed before, this lower, physical world is the realm of the Holy Spirit (see "A Picture of God"). It is the Holy Spirit that is able to draw naturally minded men to God to become servants as is clearly seen in the Bible. It is through the Holy Spirit that we begin our relationship with God. Once we are born of the Spirit, then we begin to know God better through the Son, which is to say we come into the Consciousness of God’s Being. This is of course being in Christ and having the mind of Christ. This spiritual mind functions at a higher level of awareness of God and His will, which is a prerequisite of salvation.

So let’s go back again to that moment before time and before any creation when the Father (SPIRIT), Son (MIND) and Holy Spirit (BODY) of God’s being are all ONE within each other. Within the Father is the Son. Within the Son is the Holy Spirit. Each is waiting to be “born” or “released” into the unknown, the void. In the moment of the Beginning, the Word (Son, MIND) of God is born of God and is God. Again, we know that in man’s being our spirit gives life to our consciousness (mind). In the same way, the Father gives life to the Son, who is Consciousness (MIND). All that the Father is IS given to the Son. In what must be like a divine mitosis of God, the Word emerges from God and is God. However, this Truth of Being and Identity is not realized because the moment the Son is born means that Consciousness enters the void of the unknown. God speaks into nothingness, and then waits for a reply. There in the void, the Word goes to work. There in the void, the Son of God becomes lost and is sacrificed according to the will of the Father. Just as the Father has given the Son all, so too does the Son empty Himself into the void. So here Consciousness is as if dead and homeless drifting in the void seeking place to live and rest. Then out of the Son comes the Holy Spirit who is the divine catalyst of life. Because in an instant something strange happens- the manifestation of the universe explodes into existence.

This all happens in a holy moment. It all begins with the Source, the Father, whose will must be done. The will of the Father runs through the Son and, in turn, emanates through what we have termed the Holy Spirit. Through the power of Holy Spirit the physical universe was manifested. Again with respect to God’s Being, the Holy Spirit (Helper) is representing the BODY of God. However, with respect to man in his natural state we see the Helper as God and Spirit. The natural man comes to know God through the Holy Spirit, which has manifested our world. In this way, God is everywhere and reaches us even in this lower world of darkness and death. So it is easy to see why the Holy Spirit represents the BODY of God because through the manifestation of the Holy Spirit we can see, hear and feel God even in nature itself. Paul said that God’s “invisible qualities” are clearly seen in this world if we have the eyes to see them. Jesus called the Holy Spirit our “Helper,” and this makes perfect sense. Any natural man can come to understand God better through the power of the Holy Spirit. Like a womb, the Helper is able to comfort us and nurture us until we are ready to be born. Once born of the Holy Spirit, we can then begin to know the Son. So with the Holy Spirit is where man’s faith and relationship with God begins. You could say we all begin in the “outer courtyard” of God’s Kingdom where the Holy Spirit draws us closer the inner court of the Temple, which is the Holy Place of the Son. Then Christ leads us back to the Most Holy Place- oneness with the Father.

As discussed in articles such as Shadows of a Higher Reality, God becomes known to us at different levels because God is in every level of existence. Because God lives in every level of existence, we can then understand how the Holy Spirit and Christ can both also be called “Father.” The Holy Spirit is the “Father” of the manifestation of matter- the atomic level of existence. Christ is also called our “everlasting Father” as in Isaiah 9:6. This is because Christ (Word of God, Consciousness) is the Father of all conscious life. Christ is the life in all things that grow and have being. Finally, the FATHER GOD is the Father of all spirit, the Source. I bring all this up because there is often confusion about who God is. God is all in all, but many have difficulty grasping this. Perhaps this will help to explain that God is our “Father” at every level. With this in mind, we can see that God is everywhere and in everything at some level. The key for man is to keep climbing the mountain of Truth. We are being called to move out of the realm of the Holy Spirit where we are governed by the Law, sin and death. Paul told us that the Law was leading us to Christ, and so it is. The Law is for the natural man in that lower level of spirituality. For those mature in Christ, let us move on and live by a higher law called the Law of the Spirit of Life. Christ is the Life! Christ is the Consciousness that we must fully attain to know God and His will. This is God’s glorious purpose for mankind. Like Jesus, we are here to bring Christ back from the dead.

Again, God sent His Son into the void to become as if dead. Some Truth seekers might sincerely ask is WHY? Why would God sacrifice His Son into the unknown? The answer is simple- TO KNOW. The only way to know is first NOT to know. The only way to find yourself is to lose yourself. The only way to know life is to know death. The Son sacrificed Himself into the void and into the creation to become nothing. The Son, who is the fullness of the Father, was sent into the void to lose everything. Then after laying down His life, He is to be resurrected again and return the QUALIFIED image of God! This is how the Way, the Truth and the Life are confirmed in God’s Reality. The Word of God leaves according to the will of the Father knowing that all will be restored through the God’s divine powers of faith, hope and love.

Acts 3:21

He must remain in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything,

as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.

Yes, divine LOVE ensures that God’s Son will return after restoring the world, which means bringing God’s Kingdom to earth! God loves His Son as Himself because the Son is God. The Son is able to show God Himself face to face. We know that God’s Word goes into the void, but does not return VOID! The Word goes to work building a Kingdom for God to be God. The paradox of Truth tells us again that only by becoming nothing can God fully be known as everything. By Consciousness becoming immersed into the unknown a perfect sacrifice was made. This is the moment when the Son laid down His life for all of creation including man. This is the moment when the Light is emptied into darkness. This is the moment when Consciousness is lost and the divine dream begins.

Time to FALL Asleep (The Divine Dream Begins)

Everyone sleeps. It is part of life, in fact, about a third of a human’s life, which could accumulate up to 30 years or more! When we sleep we are said to be unconsciousness, which is to say we are NOT consciousness of the world surrounding us. Our physical senses nearly disconnect from our mind, so we loose awareness of what was once our reality. Yet even in this lowered state of consciousness, the mind continues to go about its business of thought creating. As we have all experienced, when the mind of man “falls” asleep, it begins to dream. There in the universe of the mind another world is created according to the will of the creator. Thoughts build upon other thoughts and the dream unfolds producing a purely unique manifestation of life. A whole new world along with new laws, new settings and new characters is born within the confines of a single mind. I find this amazing and enlightening because isn’t this exactly how God creates?

Because God is our Father, we should we expect that the MIND of God functions in a similar manner as man’s mind. It seems so simple. When the MIND (Son) of God was born of God and emptied Himself (Consciousness) into void of the unknown, it was as if God fell asleep. It was then that the divine dream began and thus creation was born. Before the moment of the Beginning, SPIRIT and MIND were ONE resting in the peace of absolute God Consciousness, which we could think of God being fully awake. Then something very USUAL happened- God rested. In other words, God lost Consciousness. Does this sound preposterous to you? Have you not read?

Genesis 2:2

By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.

We read in Genesis that after God created, God rested. So it seems God does rest on occasion! Now, here is wisdom. Notice that once “God” began to rest, the “LORD God” began to make! Yes, there is a difference between “God” and “LORD God” and between being “created” and being “made.” Understanding these distinctions will help reveal the nature of God’s Being and how the manifestation of the universe came to be. First, we should understand that the Father (SPIRIT) is the Source of everything. So the Father is the Cause, and then the Son (MIND) becomes the Effect. In other words, Genesis is saying that God the Father caused creation (while in the state of absolute Consciousness and oneness) then the Son made the effects according to the Father’s will. We can think of the Father as the Architect and the Son as the Carpenter (Jesus’ learned trade was no coincidence!). The Father creates the plan, purpose and potential for life, then the Son made it come into existence through manifestation. Just as we create a new universe within our own mind, God’s MIND (Son, Word, Consciousness) does the same on the highest scale!

Hebrews 1:1

In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. 3 The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word.

Then it should be clear that the “LORD God” spoken of in Genesis is the “Son” of God described in this passage from Hebrews. We can then understand that God the Father is the Source of all life while His Son, Christ, is the Sustainer of all life. Again we see how Cause and Effect are working together in oneness. God’s dream becomes a reality within the MIND of God, which is also Christ. This is why our existence and life as we know it is IN Christ (MIND of God). This is why Paul preached that Christ was all and in all.

Colossians 3:11

Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.

Everyone and everything has its being IN Christ, who represents the MIND of God. In turn, the reality in each of us and everything is also Christ. We can then understand that the entire universe has been created by Christ, through Christ and for Christ who is the Consciousness, or MIND of God. Yet, why are so many spiritually near-sighted when it comes to this simple truth? Many only see the man Jesus when they contemplate who Christ is. Certainly, Jesus is Christ (anointed son); there is no doubt about this. However, so is every other offspring of God! Jesus wasn’t some spiritual alien from another world; Jesus was and is our brother because we are all ONE in Christ. Christ is a Body of Life, Consciousness and Spirit, not a single man that walked the earth. As I have written about before, Jesus was the man chosen by God to reveal Christ to the world. As I wrote about in Jesus the CHOSEN Man, Jesus BECAME the perfect Son of God through his suffering and obedience to God. Jesus made himself nothing, transparent like crystal clear glass, so that the light of Christ shined into the darkness of the world! He is called “firstborn from among the dead” because he was first born of the spirit and matured in the Spirit of Christ. Every spirit in the Body of Christ operates at a higher level of life and consciousness. This is the true resurrection when the Spirit of Christ lifts our soul out of the world of the dead! Then we are truly alive and know God as Father.

Romans 8:13

For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, 14 because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father." 1

Again, Christ is all in all because all that is IS from Him and He is the reality in all things. Christ created this world because of an essential divine purpose, which is to know. In The Meaning of Life, I considered the cycle of Consciousness, which is like a divine “sleep cycle” of God. Some may say it is ridiculous to say God sleeps; yet we read in the Bible “God rested” on the 7th day. Now, if this isn’t speaking of God’s Consciousness, then do some then really believe that our “omnipotent” God was physically exhausted and needed a break? Let’s get real! What I am seeing is that God is like us more than we realize because we are made in His Image. It then follows that when God sleeps, God “dreams.” And like man, God’s MIND also creates a world (worlds) while dreaming. However, man’s mind merely creates fleeting images, God’s MIND (Christ) creates every manifestation of the universe! So while in our dreams nothing tangible is created, God’s "dream" is man’s present and perceived reality.

So let’s put this altogether. The purpose of our reality, or world is to represent the body of the BODY (Holy Spirit) of God. Again, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are all SPIRIT, but each represents a different aspect of God’s Being. The BODY of God (Holy Spirit) lives in our manifested world, which is how God is everywhere and every moment. If you can see this, then also recognize that humanity is coming to be the raised into the Body of Christ. However before humanity could be the Body of Christ, it had to be raised from the dust. The Holy Spirit gave the universe substance while the Son gave it consciousness. So then, the Holy Spirit has been using this lower world as a “body” for the same reason we have a body- to experience, sense and KNOW. This lower world is where Spirit begins to qualify itself through experience, expression and conditioning. This is what we do when we come into the world. We learn about our world by touching, feeling, hearing, seeing and tasting the environment around us with the body we live in. God is basically doing the same thing through mankind because we are becoming the Body of Christ (Consciousness). Yes, God is everywhere and in everything. So, look around and see the body of God’s Spirit here on earth sensing all that IS. The trees are living by and for God. The birds are living by and for God. In the same way, mankind is living for one glorious purpose, which is to bring Christ into this world to be King.

Colossians 2:10

And you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head of every power and authority.

The Spirit of Christ has been given to those born of God‘s Spirit to mature and become the fullness of God here on earth. God’s desire is to be- to be all in all. God is going to be me, you and all. So do you understand what Paul is saying in Colossians? Christ, our true and higher nature, is becoming the “Head” of humanity. If Christ be your head, then everything else will align itself with God’s will and power. We see the human body functioning in the same way. The brain sends signals to the body causing it to move. The hand or eye is directed to sense “something” and then send back information about this “thing” to the brain (head) as information. The desire is simply to KNOW, which is also God’s desire. This is much the same way we, the holy offspring of God, function as the Body of Christ. We could be called divine sparks from the Eternal Fire sent out to experience life and then to return with our knowledge. We are alive for God whether we know it or not. The divine spark I speak of is our spirit, which has led us to where we are now and will also lead us back to the Source of all spirit. We are living for God for the purpose of growing in knowledge. Some seem so unaware, yet some of us certainly realize that it is God in us who causes us to do His will.

Philippians 2:13

For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.

This is what life is all about- GOD. The life of Christ in us is our ONLY reality. In this way, God’s will WILL be done on earth. There is no creature that can thwart the Creator of all. God is in all, but the “all” doesn’t know this yet. Do you know this? Do you know that your spirit is of God and is God because God cannot be divided? Your spirit is your eternal self and life that was with God in the Beginning. Now, our spirit has reached an apex of natural existence and is about to make a quantum leap forward into Christ! All through the created universe, spirit runs through consciousness like electricity runs through nerves in the brain. We are living for the purpose of being Christ, which is the image of God. We see again and again how the physical realm shadows the spiritual realm to teach us about God and ourselves. While the similarities between God’s Being and man’s being are plentiful, I believe there are some stark differences as well.

For example, as man dreams he creates an illusion or feeling of eternity. In his dream, man can experience what is perceived as many years just in a single moment. As it turns out, man’s dream within God’s dream brings him closer to experiencing God’s Reality, which is timelessness. This phenomenon happens because of what I would call a double negative effect of realities. In other words, God’s Reality is based in eternity, so time is the illusion created in the divine dream of God. As we would expect, Jesus (the awakened One) was not concerned with time because he knew it wasn’t real. This is why Jesus told us not to worry about time or worldly matters. His peace was that he knew that nothing or nobody could harm him because this world was simply a divine dream.

And so it is that the dream called creation unfolds through the power given to the Son of God. From the Father came the Son. From the Son came the manifestation of the Helper Spirit into the physical world. Spirit begets spirit. We should know that the unseen “energy” in every atom, every plant, every animal and every man is from God. In Shadows of a Higher Reality, I wrote about some of the “shadows” in this material world that teach us about God. One such shadow is that all matter is basically super-compressed LIGHT, or energy. This is what spirit is; spirit is ENERGY of a higher order than we cannot measure or detect with natural means. Be it potential energy (Father) or kinetic energy (Son), spirit from God is the Reality of all things. If all matter were transformed into its highest form it would be LIGHT! So in its highest form, everything is then Spirit. Plants, animals and mankind are all manifestations of condensed spirit. As we see in nature, energy is never lost, but only translates itself into different forms. In the same way, spirit can never die, but continues to transform into different expressions. We must accept then that we are spirit from God on a journey of consciousness. We, spirit, have fallen into this dense, physical form and have been trapped for ages upon ages. However now, our higher nature, Christ, is taking over our being and is leading us out of the Abyss and back to God! Even the story of Adam and Eve helps to reinforce the fact that man has lost his mind and laid down his spirit in the material world.

Genesis tells us that man’s being was in paradise, but he was alone. We read that Eve came out of Adam (man), which is of course the meaning of “wo-man.” Understand that is not really speaking of two human beings. Adam and Eve are ONE flesh, one being. So a human woman did not come out of a human man. This utterly is ridiculous. What this is saying is that the mind (Eve) came out of spirit (Adam) just as the MIND (Son) came out of SPIRIT (Father). We are following the way of our Father. As discussed earlier, before time and creation Consciousness was in Spirit; the Son was in the Father and they were one in the same. This is the state of eternal peace. Man was in a similar (but lower) state of peace. Man’s being left this paradise because his mind wanted to know the world according to God’s will. Yes, God is responsible for taking Eve out of Adam so that Adam could know more than himself. Through Eve, Adam could now know the world like never before. As is written, Eve (man’s mind) was tempted by the devil to eat of the world’s knowledge. This tempting by the way, was done while Adam (man’s spirit) was said to be asleep! This is wisdom. Spirit sleeps, and consciousness leaves. This is why we must wake up.

Again, this was all done by design and according to the purpose given to man from God. We are supposed to become lost and die so that we can be found and live! This is the purpose of life- to KNOW we are alive! Do you see this? This is the paradox of life. We can only know that we know is by not knowing first. This is why we are here in the form of humans. And again, there is a difference between being “created” and then being “formed” human.

Genesis 2:7

The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life,

and the man became a living being.

Man was first “created” by God (Father, Cause) then later “formed” by the LORD God (Son, Effect). In other words, we were not in flesh, or physical form until the LORD God formed us from the dust. All living things were formed from the dust through the process of evolution. Both the physical and spiritual evolution of the world are working towards the Son’s purpose as was discussed in The Meaning of Life. Life as we know exists because spirit gives life to consciousness, and consciousness gives life to matter. This extension of life must have a “point of return” or reflection plane. The dream of Spirit cannot continue its permutations outward into nothingness. What if man were to stay in dream state? Then even the characters of his dream would begin to dream! There would be no end to how low consciousness could sink. However, hell does have a limit and an end! Our manifested world is God’s lowest world and the place where spirit and consciousness are reflected back to God. Again, this is the as low as spirit can go- this is hell and the turning point. In truth, this is the purpose of this world and man- to reflect God back to Himself- to be His Image! Jesus showed all of heaven and earth who God is. He was the first to confirm the purpose of man in this lower, physical world. It is a spiritual reflection plane, the outer shell of existence, where Consciousness begins to “bounce” back. Jesus realized that the Son is awakening and returning to the Father!

John 13:1

It was just before the Passover Feast. Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father.

Having loved his own who were in the world, he now showed them the full extent of his love.

Jesus became aware of his (and humanity’s) true life, which is Christ. Being Christ-conscious, Jesus knew that he was spirit that must return to the Father of ALL spirits. Our world is called God’s footstool because this is the lowest level of existence; this is Hades, the place of the dead. Remember though, nothing real can ever die, so spirit simply sleeps when it falls in consciousness. Yes, man is a fallen spirit of God, yet Christ is raising us back into God’s glory! Understand that everything has some level of consciousness. The atom to the Adam each has some awareness of life. However, man is the pinnacle of God’s creation on earth because we are instruments bringing God back to life as Christ is resurrected through us. As I discussed this in Bringing God to Life- A Matter of Faith, we are here to become the life, will and Body of Christ. Our spirit is awakening to our true life in Christ, which is our new self that is being matured into the fullness of God. We read that Jesus was the FIRST raised from among the dead, but ALL will follow his lead because Christ is in all and is all! This is how God’s Kingdom comes to earth! You cannot see it with natural eyes. Jesus saw God’s Kingdom on earth because he became aware (conscious) of that higher reality that transcends the physical illusion around us.

Gospel of Thomas 112

Jesus said, "Damn the flesh that depends on the soul. Damn the soul that depends on the flesh."

113. His disciples said to him, "When will the kingdom come?"

"It will not come by watching for it. It will not be said, 'Look, here!' or 'Look, there!' Rather, the Father's kingdom is spread out upon the earth, and people don't see it."

Here is another passage from the Gospel of Thomas reinforcing the teachings found in the Bible. The Kingdom of God is a state of mind and spirit, not of flesh. Jesus teaches this in ALL the Gospels. He told us that the flesh means nothing (John 6:63) and that we could lose our soul if we depend on earthly things (Mark 8:36). The soul (mind) married to the flesh (body) will most certainly perish with it. This is why we must be spirit by having our soul connected to our spirit. I seriously doubt that Thomas wrote this passage, but what I do believe is that Jesus certainly could have said this. It harmonizes with all that he taught and all that I have been shown to be true. So again, if you are a seeker of Truth, do not be fearful of going into other areas to find it.

Yes it is true; life is a dream. However, the Truth tells us that God is working out His purpose through us. Even though on the surface it seems we are merely characters of this divine dream, yet are we not something more? Our true life and self are found in a higher reality above what can be seen in physical form. You cannot see your spiritual self in a mirror unless you look behind that image of flesh and that worldly persona. We are children of God that have been born of His Spirit. Even in this world of shadows, we can occasionally sense the Light. Even in this imagined dream, we can occasionally discern the Reality of God. Even in this grand illusion, we can occasionally see our true self. It occasionally happens, and it happens in a holy instant.

No Time Like the PRESENT (The Only Real Moment)

I have noticed that many people spend a lot of time either remembering their past or envisioning their future. They spend so much time doing this that life is passing them by right NOW. Some have said that we should “live in the moment,” and I agree. We should not get weighed down by the regrets of the past or be anxious about the uncertainty of the future. Even logically, we can see that those moments are not REAL. What is real about yesterday? Sure you have the effects and memories of yesterday, but the past has vanished into nothingness. We might remember how we wrecked our car last week, but all we have now is the dent. That is the reality of now. In the same way, the future has not happened. It may never be as we imagine it. We can plan, scheme and even pray for what will happen tomorrow, but it is not in our reality now. So being overly concerned about either the past or the future is literally a waste of time. The only time that matters is the moment called NOW.

2 Corinthians 6:1

As God's fellow workers we urge you not to receive God's grace in vain. 2 For he says, "In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you." I tell you, NOW is the time of God's favor, NOW is the day of salvation.

NOW is the moment of our salvation! Now is the moment and here is the place to find God’s grace and salvation! Salvation wasn’t yesterday, and it isn’t tomorrow. This present moment we are experiencing is the only porthole of “time” that leads to the eternal. There are bridges that connect heaven and earth. We know that Christ is our connection to God; and in the same way, now is our connection to eternity. Our lives are measured in time, which helps to provide us with reference. In the same way our dualistic world of light and darkness gives us a way to compare, contrast and judge for ourselves. We have become the gods of this lower world deciding what is right or wrong. Yet, the natural man is just a mortal god governed by time and the other laws of nature. Time deceives us into believing that we are one day closer to dying, but then we may have a holy moment that tells us we are much more than this!

John 13:31

When he was gone, Jesus said, "NOW is the Son of Man glorified and God is glorified in him. 32 If God is glorified in him, God will glorify the Son in himself, and will glorify him at once.

Jesus, who lived in the here and now, had it right when he said, “glorify him at once!” Now is the time for God’s Kingdom to come! Jesus clearly tells us where and when to find God- here and now. God is HERE with us and within us. God is available to us right NOW. Many may be planning on meeting with God tomorrow or remembering when they met Him yesterday, but these are no longer based in reality. Now is the only time to be with God! The moment called now is truly the gateway to God’s gifts. If our minds are in the moment that is now, we shall experience God’s gifts through this holy passage. Now is when we can receive and know God’s grace and peace! Will the peace given to you last year comfort you now? Will the grace that might fill your heart tomorrow help you now? Those who live each moment for God are blessed above all others.

1 Thessalonians 5:16

Be joyful always; 17 pray continually;

18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Paul has it right here- be in continuous communication with God! The branch must stay connected to the Vine to have life. Praying is speaking, listening, seeking, knowing and even thinking about God. We need not be constantly kneeling as some falsely perceive praying to be. It matters not where our knees are when we come before God, but rather consider where our hearts and minds are. Let our hearts be humble and minds be open as our whole being kneels before our God and Father, then everything else will take care of itself. By seeking God in every moment, we are living in the here and now. I am here to testify that we CAN do this. This is what we are born (of the Spirit) to do! We are spirit from God that is maturing in Christ. Infants are not able to pay attention to their parent for very long, but as they mature their minds and will get stronger (Yes, we parents know about their will all too well!). Yet, thank God that Christ is maturing in us and we in Him because we are one in the same. Paul told us that we have the “mind of Christ,” which is simply our higher, spiritual mind focused on God and connected to God. The mind of Christ knows God’s will, so this is the ONLY mind that can DO God’s will. You could say that our minds are being “denatured” thereby removing our old nature. This has proven to be a difficult task because the world and Satan work together to maintain that old self and natural mind.

They (apparently researchers) say the mind of the average man is constantly producing thoughts and desires concerning sex. For some men I don’t doubt this is true because this is the natural mind working as it was designed. The natural man is a beast by nature- more like a dog really, but I must say, less faithful and grateful than most canine! As discussed in depth in Drug, Sex and the ROCK that Rolls Them Over, the natural man seeks sex, food and his own well-being; and this is usually the his order of importance too! This is our old nature that must “be put to death” on the cross. Now, I should submit that women following their carnal natures are not excused either. While sex may not be first on their minds, self-gratification and their own well-being occupy most of their thoughts and desires. Face it. Jesus told it to us straight when he said we are following the ways of our father, the devil. We need to wake up and realize that we do not belong in the family of hell, but in the family of heaven! For ages and ages, mankind has had its collective mind in the gutter, but there is a way out and up!

Ephesians 4:23

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Our new self is our true self that we must reveal from the inside out. This transformation begins becomes apparent once we redirect our minds. Let us first realize that we are spirit from God that has a mind. Do not let your mind rule your being, but instead your mind (soul, wife) should be submissive to the spirit (husband). I am not speaking of any natural law that we should follow, but a spiritual truth that leads to life. Like Eve, the mind is our helper, but the mind has been gorging on the fruit of the knowledge tree. It would seem that the mind of man has become like a monster that is addicted to that fruit from the tree of death.

Yes, mankind has been given the most powerful mind of this world. But this “monster” can be tamed, or should I say transformed? Again, we (spirit) must direct our minds to the higher fruit found in the Tree of Life. So it really depends on our choices and our spiritual maturity. Unfortunately, some have used their great intellect to become the worst kind of criminals. Some have focused their minds on science and become great inventors. The mind of man is able to create things that others couldn’t even imagine just a couple of generations before them. If the natural mind can take us to the moon, then can we even imagine what will happen when our spiritual mind is fully engaged! This is the power of the mind, and yes we have seen what happens when the mind and heart of man are focused on God. Jesus showed us the power and love that is unlocked if we seek God first. If our thoughts and desires stay high above the mundane worries of life, God will use us in divine and glorious ways. My experience tells me that when we are focused on God life becomes more like a lucid dream. We are in the dream (world), but not of the dream (world). Because of this we are never really threatened by the world. In this higher state of consciousness, we feel a sense of faith and control that comes from God. Those old burdens of fear, anxiety and doubt seem to be so faded that they have little affect on us. If our spiritual eyes and ears are tuned into only God, then like any child we cannot help but imitating Him. This is certainly pleasing to God because we are then revealed as being His image.

Colossians 3:1

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

Your body isn’t your life. Your mind isn’t your life. Christ is your life and higher self waiting to be revealed. By setting our minds on the “things above” (the higher fruit), we will change our nature. There is an expression that says, “ You are what you eat.” There is truth in this when it refers to what the MIND takes in. There is also another expression used in Christianity that says, “I am walking in the spirit.” This experience is very real because it feels like we are walking above the world- an ethereal plane. This is not arrogance, but a confidence that God is with us and we are pleasing Him. Our energy, desire and will seem to have a life of their own because we are tapped into to something more powerful than the material world can offer. We are feeding on the Spirit of Christ. The divine fuel then changes our mind, our character and our will. We are tasting the Lord and realizing the Lord is good! This is eating the Bread of Life from heaven. This feeling comes about when we are spiritually aligned with God’s will and are walking in step with Him. There is no better experience in the world than this! In Christ, we have become deaf to the world’s drumbeat and only hear God’s Voice in our heart. We are truly alive only when we are being our true self, who is connected and aligned with God. And only when we are our true, spiritual self does God recognize and know us. As spirit from God, the only moment that we can live is in the reality called now. We may have experienced it last month or might be hoping for this union of spirit tomorrow, but NOW is the only time we can live and have our being in God.

Matthew 6:31

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Like the song said, “Don’t worry; be happy.” Isn’t this what Jesus was telling us? Even so, we usually let time complicate our life and even the meaning of life. When we become too fixated on time, we become a slave to it. When we worry about what will happen tomorrow or remain regretful about yesterday, life becomes overly burdensome for the soul. God knows we need help coping with this thing called time. For this reason, faith and hope are given to us to ease the anxiety and fear about the future. Then forgiveness is used to extinguish any regrets or animosity we have about the past. Yes, if we are not careful these ill feelings try to weaken and take over the soul like diseases of the body do. Yet, isn’t Christ our spiritual Physician?

John 12:30

Jesus said, "This voice was for your benefit, not mine. 31 NOW is the time for judgment on this world;

NOW the prince of this world will be driven out. 32 But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself."

Christ is being lifted up from the earth, and the earth is mankind! Whether you accept it or not, mankind is the medium for the Christ Seed to grow. I wrote about this relationship in Gardening by God, where God is shown to be the Farmer, mankind the field and Christ His Seed. Understand that we are spirit in HUMAN form. We are here for God and the Kingdom’s sake. Our “yield” is to be God’s image, which is Christ. For ages and ages, Christ has been hidden in us waiting for the right moment to reveal Himself. For many, NOW is that moment! You have been walking this earth for ages and ages seeking your true life, and now Christ is giving it to you straight from God! After eating from the tree of death in many different lives, we are finally realizing that true life comes from the spirit, not the flesh and not the world.

I know that some of my readers email me and ask about reincarnation because they have difficulty accepting it as truth. I tell them it really doesn’t matter if they believe it or not. What they must understand is that THIS present life is the only life that matters now. I tell them to seek God’s will and then do it. Everything else will take care of itself because accepting reincarnation as God’s way for salvation is certainly not a prerequisite to be saved. It merely explains how God’s justice is carried out and how we can learn life’s lessons in time. It explains how the meek shall inherit the earth because those who have matured and learned from God are given more and more. To those who remain stubborn, they bring more suffering upon themselves. Whether you accept reincarnation or not, all that truly matters is your life NOW. So, we should all live as if this is our only life and as if every day is our last. Simply live for God in the moment and everything will be fine. Of this I am sure. God is not concerned with the sins of your past, nor is God concerned with your promises for the future. Now is the only moment that matters to God. Who are you serving, seeking and being right now? Now is the time to wake up and be who God says you are!

Time to Wake UP (God’s Son is Resurrected)

I think one of the strangest experiences each day is to wake up from our nightly slumber. In almost an instant, we leave the world we created to reenter the one created for us. What a trip! Every night we dream. And in every dream our mind creates another world, another situation and another playground for the spirit to explore. In our dreams, the imagined world can become so real that we are completely deceived into believing it is validity. When we awake from our “good” dreams we might feel a sense of disappointed because our fantasy quickly vanishes into nothingness. Conversely, our nightmares can grow to be so overwhelming and believable that we wake up screaming in the middle of the night out of fear. In either case, the reality we manifested within our minds fades away as we return to that level of consciousness we call reality. Isn’t this also true of our spiritual awakening? As I have said before, the song has it right- “Life is but a dream.” So all we can do is keep on rowing my dear friends and trust that the Living Water will carry us home on His current of love!

There is no doubt that we take after our Father in heaven because we too are creators- on a lower scale of course. Everything that we create with our hands is first an idea conceived in our minds. The mind of man is a source of creativity that is able to move in and out of different levels of consciousness. We should expect that this characteristic has been handed down from our Father as well. The MIND of God (Christ, the Son) is on a journey of knowledge- to first become nothing and then become everything. Then God will know. Yes, God’s Son, who was sacrificed at the foundation of creation, is being resurrected. This resurrection is happening in us as we are waking up to the truth that Christ is our true life and being.

Some adamantly argue that God will raise their physical flesh from their physical grave, but they are mistaken. It would appear that Jesus was physically raised from the dead because he was seen by the disciples after his death. Yet, he wasn’t the first to do this. There are several accounts of bodies being reanimated by the spirit including, of course, Lazarus. Jesus told us it is the SPIRIT that gives life while the flesh is not important. So the miracle of Jesus’ spirit reentering his body, like all the others, was to help kindle the faith of his followers. To give them the courage and hoped they needed physical proof, but blessed are those who do not. Even more so, the physical resurrection of Christ Jesus was to symbolize what had already happened in the person of Jesus. Christ was brought from death (sleep) to life (awakened) in Jesus. In doing so, Jesus revealed Christ to the world, but the world did not recognize or accept Him. Many still don’t today! Even Biblical scholars are missing the Truth as they study Scripture because they are using a natural understanding of spiritual revelations.

Do some really believe that God, who is Spirit, is concerned with raising our mortal, rotted bodies from the ground? Jesus, the Awakened One, referred to much of humanity as being “dead” even though they were very much alive in the flesh. Of course this is the key! While they were certainly alive in the flesh, they were not in the spirit. Indeed, we are spiritual beings who Paul says are “dead in our sin” and “stillborn” when we enter this world. So understand that the body is a manifestation form and need not be resurrected, but it is the spirit that must be lifted up from the grave. Jesus taught that death is synonymous to sleep because he knew that nothing real ever dies. We are not actually dead, but AS dead because we are not cognizant of God, who is life. We are spirit from God that must “RE” MEMBER our life in Christ. We must take our place in the Body of Christ that is being resurrected. All have died (fallen in consciousness) into the corporate body of Adam (the natural form), but all will be raised to a higher life (God consciousness) in Christ, the second and last Adam (the spiritual form). In other words, humanity’s level of consciousness (awareness of God) has been in a deep “delta” sleep. Our spirit is being renewed, refreshed and revived from this dream called the world. We have been deceived by this world that we are suffering, wanting and dying. God’s children will not suffer, want or die! The reign of God’s Kingdom is here as we each wake up to the higher reality of Christ!

Ephesians 5:13

But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, 14 for it is light that makes everything visible.

This is why it is said: "Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."

Not only will Christ shine on you, but also FROM your very being because Christ is your true light and the light of everyone that comes into this world! When will humanity accept this! This truth of our divinity has been hidden from our awareness for ages and ages just waiting for the right moment to be revealed. This world has been created by Christ but also FOR Christ. Christ is being resurrected through us, as we become God’s Word made flesh. In this way God’s Kingdom comes down to earth. Yes, the Body of Christ is being quickened from a kind of “death,” or spiritual sleep. Understand again that the Word of God is the Lamb of God whose life was sacrificed in the Beginning and has been hidden in all creation waiting to be resurrected. As discussed in Bringing God Back to Life (A Matter of Faith), our lives are the medium being used to bring Christ to life- to raise God’s Consciousness.

Isaiah 26:19

But your dead will live; their bodies will rise.

You who dwell in the dust, WAKE UP and shout for joy!

Your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead.

So, the earth is here for us, and we are here for Christ. Then it can be said that Christ is here for God. It all comes back to God- the reason for all life. Do you see? We are waking up from the dusty slumber of the carnal mind and into Christ-conscious, which is God’s Reality! Many are realizing that the world they were so enamored by is becoming more like a dream because they are experiencing this higher reality now. When we see this higher reality through the eyes of Christ, we can let go of worldly things including the fear and anxiety of trying to live as flesh. We are spirit from God, not creatures of flesh. God’s spirit children do not worry about the clothes we wear or the cars we drive. We do not fear hunger, sickness or death. All we desire is to get closer and closer to the Source of our life! This is done by raising our level of consciousness. This is done by surrendering our lower nature and living by the higher nature we find in Christ. We do not get closer to God by flying a jet in the sky or by sitting in a church on Sunday. To love God is to know God. There is no other way to love God than to know Him. Our closeness to God is solely dependant upon our communication and obedience to God. We must hear God’s will within our soul because no man on earth can tell us what God’s will is for us. And certainly the world cannot tell us what is the “right” thing to do.

Romans 12:2

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Isn’t this wonderful! We are being transformed by the renewing of our minds! We are being transformed into the likeness of God! Understandably, the soul must first be quiet enough to hear God’s Voice. Then our spirit must be willing to do God’s will for us to draw nearer to the Source of Life. So it should be clear that God’s Kingdom coming to earth is a matter of oneness- the Spirit of oneness. There cannot be a multitude of wills pulling in different directions. This is the way of the devil that is called “Legion.” God is called ONE. So, all must be first be God’s if God is to be all in all. When we begin to hear God’s Voice speaking within our soul, we believe it separate from our self. We call this Voice our Lord and God, and this is true. Then after realizing that this Voice of a higher will guiding us is leading us to peace and security, a bond of faith and trust in formed. More and more we surrender our will for this higher will resonating in our soul until the day comes when the old will and even the old self are dead. This is the “Day of the Lord” because Christ has saved you! Christ has overcome your devil nature and you are a son of God! You are truly a free spirit!

Some believe they are creatures of free will, yet man can NEVER free himself from the love of God. Yes, man is free to do most anything he can imagine except remove himself completely from the presence of God. This is impossible because God is everywhere and in everything. Because of God’s omnipresence we cannot remain lost forever in the void of lowered consciousness. Spirit finds the way back to God just as water finds its way back to the ocean. God’s love is like gravity continually pulling us all back into oneness. All that is left is God’s will in us and our lives. The former has passed away like a dream including who we thought we were. No longer is the lying ego telling us who we are, but instead, God proclaims, “This is my son in whom I am well pleased!” In Christ, our lives has now been translated into a higher existence and that Voice that led us there is NOW our very own! Jesus prayed that we be one as he and God were one, and so it will be.

John 17:24

"Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.

Yet, many continue to be deceived and believe they are separate beings that must look out for themselves, which creates a legion divided. No kingdom divided can stand, so Satan’s reign will end. A world that began is chaos will end in unity because this is God’s will. Some falsely believe that when the flesh ceases, so does their life. Truly, when we DIE to the flesh, then we can really LIVE! The wisdom of Jesus is often unperceived because many think naturally not spiritually. He told us that if we seek to save our (natural, worldly self) life we would lose it. However, if we lose our life (natural), then we will gain our true life (spiritual, true self). We must put our old, carnal self to death because that “person” that we thought we were is just a character in a dream. Yes, we have “dreamed” we are many different persons living many different lives, but our true life remains waiting for us with Christ.

I know there are many who have embraced the truth of universal salvation, but have not accepted reincarnation as God’s way of fulfilling this glorious promise. I ask these this question. If ALL will be saved and you believe God is NOT using reincarnation to do this, then will EVERY character that has ever lived on this earth be saved? Would this then include millions of ape-like or Neanderthal men of the distant past? Would this include violent men like Attila the Hun, Hitler and Sadam Hussein? Universal salvation must include all of these evil men IF these people are actually real. We have been created in God’s image, so we must understand that these men were simply false images of who they truly are. Reincarnation says that who we truly are is not necessarily represented by the “outer” person the world sees, but by the INNER person that God knows. Evildoers are merely characters trying to make the Son’s dream a nightmare.

However as Jesus said, “They know not what they are doing” because they are what is considered spiritual dead, or sleeping. Their true self, created to be God’s image, remains safe and alive in Christ, but has not yet been awakened, or resurrected. So it can be said that these dream characters are not real to God either. This harmonizes with Scripture when we read God saying, “I never knew you” to those who thought they belonged in heaven. How is it possible that God does not KNOW something or someone? It is only possible if this “person” is not in God’s Reality. It can only happen if this person is a character of a dream. It can only happen if we are spirit that reincarnates into different lives for different experiences to learn. Then upon awakening, we are no longer the character of the dream, but rather the One having the dream. In a moment, we come to realize that we were living a lie and are more than the world says we are. No sinners will ever enter the Kingdom of God. So I am sorry, but the sinful “character” you might think you are will be annihilated.

2 Peter 2:12

But these men blaspheme in matters they do not understand. They are like brute beasts, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like beasts they too will perish.

These “characters” are not saved because they are not real to God. God is waiting for the Son to return and not carnal creatures covered by sin. We need to get real! We (spirit from God) are in this world to find out who we truly are as Jesus did. Jesus came to see himself as the Christ, which is the anointed Son of God. Within us all is the anointed child of God that is destined to express God. This is who we are because God declares it, yet it takes many lives for us to finally come to realize this. Through each incarnation our inner, spiritual self gains more wisdom that we continue to apply on our journey back to God. In turn, God rewards us in our future life for following Christ in our present life.

Mark 10:29

"And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. 30 But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.

While many Christians continue to scoff at the notion of reincarnation, how else will this promise of Jesus be fulfilled? Jesus says that if we make sacrifices for Christ’s sake in this age, then in our next age we will be rewarded. In this particular passage, “aionion zoe” has been translated “eternal life.” The more accurate translation would be “age-lasting blessed life.” This is because aion means age, not eternal. An age can be any period of time including the length of a man’s life. And the Greek word “zoe” refers to a higher quality of life and not just life itself. God is promising us a better life when we follow Christ. It is that simple like a spiritual survival of the fittest. Also, we read that many who are first will be last. This coincides with Jesus saying that prostitutes and tax collectors will enter the Kingdom before the Pharisees. Again, Jesus turns man’s natural thinking on its proverbial head by teaching the paradox of Truth. Our choices in this life will affect the quality of life in the next. This is clearly taught when Jesus speaks about the sheep and the goats. The sheep are not those who believed in Jesus, but are those who were obedient to Christ dwelling in them. They were led by their spirit. We are here to learn how to love as God. Until we do, consequences will be rendered.

Luke 6:25

Woe to you who are well fed now, for you will go hungry. Woe to you who laugh now, for you will mourn and weep.

There are many passages that support reincarnation, and I considered many of them in The Reincarnation of Your Spirit. Often Jesus said to his followers, “If you can accept it…” because he knew he was dealing with the spiritual handicapped. He said this when speaking about the reincarnation of Elijah’s spirit in John the Baptist. The Bible shows that they were the same inner man, the same spirit from God living different lives. Jesus had “secret of the kingdom” that he only told the spiritually elite. These secret teachings could have been removed from Christianity and the Gospels of the Bible just as some fabricated passages were added. Either way, the evidence surrounding John the Baptist should be adequate for Truth seekers.

I know why many have a hard time accepting reincarnation. It is because they see themselves, as their natural self who has been molded, not by God, but according to the patterns of the world. They haven’t yet accepted the truth of their identity, which is spirit from God. God is our true Father, but many still believe the lies of their false father, the devil. They believe what the world says they are. Yet the world is a dream and the vast majority of souls are simply its characters. For example, many Christians here in the United States are convinced that they are white, American males and fully believe that this is what they will be in heaven. Many have the belief they are going to enter a very worldly heaven when they die. They believe the man or woman in the mirror is who will enter heaven gates. Yet, do they not know there is no male or female in Christ? Further there is no race, no creed, no nationality nor any religion. Why do they then imagine a worldly heaven with blouses, houses and even spouses! The only marriage that exists in heaven is between humanity and Christ. YOU are not male or female, black or white, Christian or Hindu, American or Chinese in Christ! Don’t you know who you really are? WAKE UP Christians and understand WHO Christ is! Then it will become clearer who YOU are! These who believe in their earthly body are ignorant and deceived because flesh and blood will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Your spirit, the true YOU, will be saved and enter into God’s Kingdom. By Jesus becoming Christ on earth, we have been shown the way this is done. We do well to follow our Leader! After all, this is why are here- to become (or more accurately to realize) who God says we are. The world cannot tell you who you are only God does this.

Psalm 82:5

(The LORD God proclaims)

“They know nothing; they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness.

I said, ‘You are gods, you are all sons of the Most High.’

We are the sons of God, yet we know nothing in our ignorance. As you surely have gathered by now, mankind is going through hell. As was comprehensively covered in Hell Revisited, Satan Revealed, hell and Satan have divine purposes. Hades is the place of the dead, and dead is what we are until we are born of the Spirit. We are here to make the transformation from animal to angel from living as if we are flesh to realizing we are spirit from God. We are here to realize we are “sons of the Most High.” For ages and ages, we have been in the dark to God’s Truth, but the Light of Christ has come! Now we can see that life is really a kind of “trial and error” methodology that is leading us along our spiritual path back to God. We, who are spirit, are trying on all kinds of personalities and surroundings. We, who are spirit, are learning right from wrong. We, who are spirit, are discovering what feels good and what causes pain. We, who are spirit, are living as many different characters in many different ages, but we put on and take off these personalities like clothes. And like clothes, these lives and bodies wear out and must be discarded after each lifetime. However, who we are underneath the outer person never dies because this is the child of God. This is who we truly are and the only one who God knows as son! The only clothes this heir of God will be wearing in heaven is the glory of Christ. Once we realize that Christ is our true life, and then we know that we cannot die.

John 11:25

And Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;

36 and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

In Christ, we are conscious of the oneness between God and our self. God says, “I AM” within us and becomes us as we do His will. Within the New Age movement there are some that boldly claim they are God. This is not exactly true. Even Jesus the Christ never made the claim that he was God. What he said was that if you have seen me, you have seen God. So we can certainly become the IMAGE of God, the Word made flesh IF, and only if, we do God’s will. So if we are doing God’s will, we are not God, but more accurately God is us- that is living through us. This is the oneness Jesus experienced and what he wanted all to experience. The work in Jesus is done as God is now perfectly expressed in Jesus. God brought his higher will down to the lowest world through Jesus, and in doing so, brought heaven to earth. God’s Kingdom has come! The only way to let God be us is for us to surrender. We must first die to self, which means the false god must be put down so the True God can rule our being. The ego bewitches many into believing they are awakened and living as God. New Agers may say, “I AM” is their name, yet who is the one really speaking? Is it the God of everything or the god of ego?

Don’t misunderstand me though because the New Age philosophy is based on the Truth and is certainly better than the many Dark Age philosophies plaguing Christianity. However, we must be careful that the “meat” in our spiritual diet has no bones in it, or at least make sure to remove them first! The New Agers have tapped into the most profound truth that many will not accept- God is all in all. This is the same holy message of truth brought to us through Jesus. God is coming to be us IF we will let Him have our being as Jesus did. When Christ becomes Lord of our life, then God’s will be done through us.

Unfortunately many believe they hear God, but are being deceived by Satan who is claiming to be God. Each of us has to overcome the devil inside, which is the carnal self. Man has created an image of himself that is called the ego, but this is not our true (higher) image given by God. The ego convinces us we are OF the world and that we are like all other beasts in that we live according to the desires of the flesh. The ego controls every lost soul in this world as it sits upon its throne of selfishness seeking no will but its own. The ego loves itself not others. The ego sees others as adversaries and as threats to its reign as king. The ego aspires to worldly positions of fame, fortune and power that produce the sustenance it craves, which is pride. As we clearly see, some religious men are led astray by the deception and desires of their ego. It should be no surprise that this is certainly true within the New Age movement as well. So do not be fooled when many come to you claiming to be “awakened.” Jesus, who was awakened to his Christ nature, told us this would happen.

Matthew 24:4

Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. 5

For many will come in my name, claiming, `I am the Christ, ' and will deceive many.

Yes the ego will say, “I am God” as it rules over the carnal self, yet this isn’t the One True God of our spirit. The prophets were told by God not to create any false idols to worship, and this is exactly what the ego becomes in our being. It can be said that our “God” is really any thing that we desire, love and would follow even to death. This is exactly where the ego will lead us because it attaches its life to the body and the world. Both are manifestations that will end. Our minds must be married to our spirit and our spirit married to Christ for us to know true life. The devil ego works to keep our spirit trapped in man’s lower nature, which is that of an animal. So the power of the ego leads us to believe that our life depends on us surviving in the flesh. So we live to protect they body and are fooled to see our self as a body. Some will say, “I am fat” or “I am handsome” as they look in a mirror. Again, this is a false image because that “form” in the mirror isn’t the eternal YOU born of God. The true you becomes like Jesus knowing they are the anointed of God. This is not simply a matter of saying “I am,“ but rather it must become our higher reality that we live and know. So, those truly living in Christ-consciousness are those who express God’s will, love and power in their lives, not merely with words as some would make us believe. There is a higher reality in Christ waiting for us, and it is the mansion in heaven waiting to be occupied.

Colossians 2:9

For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,

10 and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

Christ will be our head and our wings! Once we realize we have the “wings” we will learn to fly and to fly higher. The consciousness of the natural man is grounded. It is OF the earth. Yet, even some natural men do climb mountains (spiritual) to get closer to God (in consciousness). What must be done is we must become NEW CREATIONS that are able to FLY. This is to say we become “birds of the air” which are the spiritual children of God living in Christ-consciousness. We become super-natural, which means we live above the laws of nature and laws of religion. The higher we fly, the closer to God we get. Also, the higher we fly, the further from the world we become too. This “distance” was very apparent between Jesus and the rest of humanity. He was so “high” that very few could understand him. They couldn’t see him flying so high, nor hear his heavenly words coming down to them. They didn’t know they were prisoners of death and Hades.

Revelation 1:17

When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said:

"Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. 18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever!

And I hold the keys of death and Hades."

Christ is the “Living One” in us all. Christ was dead, but is now coming to life in mankind for the ages and ages! Christ is becoming all in all because this is the nature of God- to be all. As God’s Son is resurrected in us, we come to the realization that Jesus did. “When you do this to the least of these, then you also do it to me.” Jesus understood that he was Christ and that His life was in all. This is why he said we should love others as our self. The Golden Rule is the reflection of the Truth because how we treat others will eventually affect us through the law of karma. We must all reap what we sow, and then learn from our mistakes and sufferings. Jesus was perfected through his sufferings. Jesus showed us the way back to God by loving example and by divine words, yet many refuse to accept the teachings of oneness. Paul continued this message by teaching that we are all to become like Jesus and heirs of God’s nature.

Ephesians 4:11

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, 12 to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Unfortunately many souls of the world remain content with a half-baked religion instead of a higher reality. I see very few Christians that take seriously the words of Paul and even Jesus for that matter. Paul tried to teach the meat to those who could accept, but spiritual maturity was truly a rarity in his world. Paul writes that the mature will attain the fullness of Christ. And who is Christ, but the very image of God! This is our higher nature and reality that we refuse to accept instead we are living a lie. So very few Christians will accept this glorious fulfillment of God’s love in us. Plainly said, they do not want to be God’s image and will on earth because they are being deceived. However, the devil’s time is ending and Christ is King! We are created to be the expression of God here on earth. Christ in us is like a fire that is slowly refining us toward our holy epiphany. Once everyone is doing God’s will here on earth then the Son of God has fulfilled his purpose.

Ephesians 1:9

And he (Father God) made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment--to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.

We are here for the faithful purpose of bringing the mind and Spirit of Christ to earth. Surely we can see that creation is for mankind, and mankind is for Christ. For ages and ages, man has thought he was a creature of flesh, but now in Christ, he is realizing that he is the Son of the Most High Spirit! It is a certainty that the Son will subdue all things that He created in the Beginning. When the Body of Christ is fully resurrected from the deadness of the void then God’s Kingdom has come to heaven and earth. The divine dream must end as Christ is revealed as being all in all. Now the Son, God’s image, will return to the Father and back into complete oneness. The Alpha of life comes full circle to be Omega of all.

Out of Time (God Becomes All)

Do you ever feel like you are running out of time? I think the anxiety that comes from worrying about time maybe unique to our species. It seems we humans are constantly running here and there trying to do as much as we can in this short life we have been allotted. What if we could step outside of time, outside of the dream? What would we do? What could we do? Perhaps we could do all things? Perhaps we could do nothing? Eternity is a concept that may be hard if not impossible for us to contemplate, but not for God. Eternity is that “moment” or “place” that is really not a moment or place at all. For us, eternity is indescribable because it is outside of the world we have known. Yet, it is in that enigma of nowhere and nothingness in which God the Father lives and has His Being. Here God is God. Here God is all in all. Here our salvation and the salvation of the universe are secure because God cannot fail, cannot die and cannot change. Eternally, God is. Eternally, God waits for us to return from our journey. Eternally, we are saved. It seems then that all we must do to realize this salvation is to wake up from the dream and return to God’s Reality. Our world is a creation in the MIND of God and has proven to be a rather convincing manifestation for us. It feels real most of the time, but then there are those moments outside of time when our spirit knows better. Our spirit has some divine instincts handed down from our Father. One of them is a homing sense that is leading us out of this world and back to our Source.

If there is one lesson above all others that is learned through our myriad of experiences in this world. It is that life (as we know it) is cyclical. We have learned that whatever has a beginning will also have an end. This is the way of things and I believe the way of God because creation carries the divine characteristics of its Creator. In some divine and eternal way, God’s life expression is also cyclical. As discussed in The Meaning of Life, Consciousness is the key to understanding why life is as it is. As discussed earlier, the Son represents God’s MIND, or Consciousness. The Son is God by revealing God to Himself face to face. In this way, God knows and loves Himself. We know that Spirit is eternal while Consciousness is in an eternal cycle of translation and transformation. Consciousness powered by Spirit travels through all of creation to know all and to be all. Understand again the paradox of Truth with respect to Consciousness. Because Consciousness is perpetually in state of flux, God’s Being is in a state of eternal peace and stillness. The paradox of Truth again is revealed because this eternal change is also eternal constancy. The Word leaves God like a divine breath from the mouth of the Father for a single purpose- to be God. After coming to this realization, the Word returns again to fill God. The Alpha and Omega is God’s Consciousness and Breath. This eternal Breath is then an eternal cycle of life. Just as surely as man received the breath of God, it must return from whence it came. God is the singularity of all Spirit and of all that is. God is the first the Source and then the Reservoir.

Isaiah 45:22

Turn to Me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth, For I am God, and there is no other.

We have come from God and we must return to God. It is all about God, and we are all about God. Our beginning was with God and so is our end, but they are the same! We can never really die because we are spirit from God. Everything that is IS the result of God from an infinite point of life I call the spiritual singularity. Here God is all in all. Then in an instant, the Son immerges from the Father with a single purpose- to BE God. From the Son then the Holy Spirit flows into nothingness to manifest creation according to the will the Son and through the design of the Father. So the physical existence of space, matter and time become like an outer realm incasing Consciousness. All has its being in God, yet God is living in all. It is then that Consciousness goes to work “being God.” The physical manifestation of the universe is then the medium used for Consciousness to become qualified through experience and expression. Thus life is born through Spirit and known through Consciousness. Only by knowing one is alive can one truly be alive. So Consciousness powered by Spirit continues to move and grow in mankind until the sons of God have matured. Before Eve was taken out of Adam, man was one being in paradise. However, it was not good for Adam to be alone, so his being was separated. We also see that God separated in the Beginning, but now is the moment of restoration when the two become one again. Like Eve, mankind must return back into Christ who is our Husband and Lord. Christ and mankind join in a holy union to bring God’s Kingdom to earth. This truly is the coming of Christ! It will be these saints of God qualified by wisdom and love who will reveal Christ as Jesus did.

Matthew 3:17

And a voice from heaven said, “This is my son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

Because Jesus heard and then did God’s will, he became the personification of God. Jesus is the Word (Consciousness, Son, MIND, Christ) made flesh. This is every Truth seeker’s destiny too! Jesus started this glorious process! We could say that Jesus has turned the ship around for us to sail
